Payment terms of Service:

We require a 40% non negotiable deposit upfront on all jobs. Then 30% upon half completion of the job, the remaining 30% to be paid on completion.

This is to cover the cost of materials for your project and insures us against any lost time or resources should you wish to discontinue our services. This deposit is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

How we work:

We run our operations within a banding system.

As a company we strive to meet the demands of all projects, large or small – which means allocating the right resource, time & money for your project.

For these reasons we operate a banding/tier system; your project band depends on scale, our resources & the time & money investment needed to compete your build.

Corporate & Commercial:

This tier tenders services to Limited companies, SME’s & Corporate enterprise. It may require industrial scale resources or outside vendors.

Some examples might be nightclubs, fast food franchises, & hotel chains.
